Don't know your ATA donor number?
Check the address of your current issue of Tinnitus Today. Your number is directly above your name. Or call ATA at (800) 634-8978 or (503) 248-9985. You can also request your donor number by e-mail. Be sure to include your name and address, so we can find you in our database. Please remember that if you're a new member and haven't been given a personal donor number yet, you'll have to use 'Temporary' in the Last Name field and the temporary login number provided with your online donation.
