MEETING AGENDA

To those returning, great having you back! To those who are new, Welcome!
1. Introductions/Check In (20 minutes)
For those who are just joining us, please introduce yourself and share the following:
-- What kind of tinnitus do you have (one or both ears, what kind of sounds, sound sensitivity, hearing loss, balance impairment)
-- How long have you had it
-- How did you get it (if you know)
-- How has it affected your life
-- Successes/failures with treatments/remedies
For those who are returning, please update the group in the following areas:
-- Additional information learned
-- New treatment/remedies tried
-- Successes or failures with treatment/remedies
-- Anything else you feel might be helpful or give support to others.
Golden Rule: Nobody has to share. It's fine to just come and listen. Remember: We all learn from each other.
