The Chicago Tinnitus Support Group invites you to join them at their next meeting.

Laurel Ross, zen practitioner (meditation)
 
Note from Joel:
The special guest this month will be Laurel Ross who is a zen practitioner. She is generously donating her time to come and talk with us and lead us through a meditation. (By the way, she herself also has tinnitus). It is recommended that you wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes. The second half of the meeting will be discussion-based so please bring in any recent articles/resources/questions for the group or special guest.
