I will continue to send the notice to the old list until June so if you are receiving duplicate messages please let me know and I will remove your name from the old list.

Tracy and I recently attended an all day seminar on 'How Nutrients Affect Mental Health and the Brain'. Most professionals who work with tinnitus patients are often asked about the foods/drinks they should avoid that might aggravate their tinnitus. We also get questions about what are the best herbs or supplements to take to help reduce the tinnitus. We will share some of what we learned about nutrition and the brain at our April meeting.

There has been a delay in our biofeedback equipment arrival. Please stay tuned and we will let you know when the demonstration will be.

Our meetings are free and open to the public and provide support for people with tinnitus and hyperacusis and their significant others. Current information on tinnitus treatments are presented along with discussion of coping with and managing the problems associated with tinnitus and hyperacusis.

Please let us know if you will be attending the meeting. ~Malvina Levy, Au.D. and Tracy Peck, Au.D."
