Note from the group leader(s):
"Due to the busy holiday season, we combine our November/December meetings. So this will be the final tinnitus group meeting for 2012. We will present some of the new articles and research reports on tinnitus that may be of interest to the group. We are also interested in your opinions on how professionals address your tinnitus and what needs to be improved ... other than a cure. There seem to be new instruments, new sound apps, new therapies - but are these meeting your needs? We are interested in hearing from you and hope we can discuss this at our final meeting for the year.
Our meetings are free and open to the public and provide support for people with tinnitus and hyperacusis and their significant others. Current information on tinnitus treatments are presented along with discussion of coping with and managing the problems associated with tinnitus and hyperacusis.
Please let us know if you will be attending the meeting by sending an email to either of us. ~Malvina Levy Au.D. (mlevy@hearingspeech.org) and Tracy Peck Au.D. (tpeck@hearingspeech.org)."
