**NOTICE OF SPECIAL TWO-SESSION TINNITUS WORKSHOP**

Session 1: Make a personal plan to manage your tinnitus using sound.

After Session 1: Try your plan at home for two weeks.  

Session 2: Talk about the parts of your plan that helped, and the parts that did not help. Learn how to change your plan to improve success.

Location:  Portland VA Medical Center

Dates / Times:    Tuesday, March 2, 2010 5:30pm-7:00pm     AND     Tuesday, March 16, 2010, 5:30pm-7:00pm
