From the 405 Freeway, exit at “Wilshire Blvd East”. Turn Left at Gayley Ave, and proceed to UCLA Medical Plaza Parking Entrance, North of LeConte Ave.  Pay fee at gate to attendant. Enter building from parking area. Walk through lobby, take elevator to second floor and follow the signs to room 206A

Topic:
"Nutrition & Your Tinnitus” - A review of guidelines for healthy eating and how to read nutrition labels, plus recommendations for choosing nutritious foods. Come prepared to share your experience with food(s) that affect your tinnitus and strategies you have found beneficial. This will be followed by an open discussion.
