"Dear Friends,

What a lot of information we shared in September! I hope it was helpful. We always talk about sound therapy and that includes the use of hearing aids. Two companies have come out with new products for tinnitus. It is exciting to know that tinnitus is attracting attention.

We are going to talk about these companies at our November meeting. I know that some of you have hearing aids and some are thinking about them but some of you don't need them. We are only talking about them because they introduce sounds that may alleviate your tinnitus. We will listen to those sounds and see what you think.

One of the studies about the newest product had only 14 participants evaluate it. We can add to that number and let them know which sound is the most pleasant. We will also review other products that are offered for tinnitus relief.

I hope you can come - bring your questions, articles and products and we will talk about them.
