Special Two-Session Tinnitus Workshop

NCRAR's (VA National Center for Rehabilitative Auditory Research) invites you to a special two-session tinnitus workshop.

SESSION 1: Make a personal plan to manage your tinnitus using sound.
After Session 1: Try your plan at home for two weeks.

SESSION 2: Talk about the parts of your plan that helped, and the parts that did not help. Learn how to change your plan to improve success.

Portland VA Medical Center

Tuessday, November 30th (5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.) AND
Tuesday, December 14th (5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.)
