Special Two-Session Tinnitus Workshop

NCRAR's (VA National Center for Rehabilitative Auditory Research)invites you to a special two-session tinnitus workshop.

SESSION 1: Make a personal plan to manage your tinnitus using sound.
After Session 1: Try your plan at home for two weeks.

SESSION 2: Talk about the parts of your plan that helped, and the parts that did not help. Learn how to change your plan to improve success.

Portland VA Medical Center

When*:
Session 1: Tuesday, April 12th (5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.) OR
Session 1: Tuesday, April 19th (5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.) AND
Session 2: Tuesday, April 26th ((5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.)
*Please expect to come to both Session 1 (either one) and Session 2 if you sign-up for this workshop.
