Improve your own tinnitus care

Richard Tyler, Ph.D., and The University of Iowa are looking for people with tinnitus to participate in three web-based research questionnaires. The results will help doctors better understand both tinnitus and tinnitus patients. This can lead to improved treatment – for you and others.

The Three Questionnaires

• Tinnitus Global Survey determines the impact of tinnitus on individuals.
• Dietary Supplements and Herbal Supplements asks about your experience with taking supplements for your tinnitus.
• Cochlear Implants and Tinnitus is specifically for patients with both a cochlear implant and tinnitus.
