Your gift brings us closer to silence.

For more than 50 million Americans, tinnitus is a constant sound that disrupts sleep, derails focus, and makes silence feel out of reach. The American Tinnitus Association is the oldest nonprofit dedicated solely to improving the lives of people affected by tinnitus and funding research toward a cure.

We are funded largely by people like you—patients, families, clinicians, and friends who believe in a world without tinnitus. Every contribution advances research, improves care today, and builds a community that helps people live well with tinnitus.

There’s no single right way to support ATA. Make a one-time gift or become a member with a recurring monthly or annual contribution. Gifts of $50 or more and recurring members receive Tinnitus Today, ATA’s flagship publication featuring the latest research, expert guidance, and stories from the tinnitus community.
