A month ago Dr. Paul DÁrezzo sent me a book he has recently written titled "Change Your Mind about Tinnitus/ Transforming the Way You Think to Help Control the Ringing in Your Ears. We will be reviewing the book at our meeting to find new sources for changing minds about tinnitus.
Knowledge is a powerful tool against tinnitus. This will be an interesting, and hopefully, stimulating discussion that may change your attitude about tinnitus!
