Our guest speaker is Cheryl Taylor, MSW, LCSW. Cheryl is a Bethesda-based therapist and member of the Maryland Psychological Association. She focuses on anxiety, trauma, stress, and other difficulties. Her approaches include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness. She helps people to “live in the present moment; to become successful at regulating their emotions; to tolerate and manage stress; and to develop coping skills.”
