Topic: We discuss cognitive behavioral therapy. CBT has been a method for alleviating tinnitus since tinnitus was first studied. CBT focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful cognitive distortions (e.g. thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes) and behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target so  lving current problems.

You may already have had experience with CBT, come and share your experience.  We will practice some of the concepts of CBT and learn how to use to take control over tinnitus.
