They will be educating ENT's about a new 1-page medical referral flowchart that provides a clear pathway for ENT's  to 1) help patients find help from other professionals specializing in tinnitus care, 2) provide simple dialogue that every doctor should utilize to demonstrate understanding and compassion when talking to a patient complaining about “ringing in their ears”, 3) describe evidence-based strategies for tinnitus treatment, and other resources that enable all doctors to provide effective and meaningful advice to patients seeking help.
