Dr. Scaglione is the Director of the Tinnitus and Sound Sensitivities Clinic and Co-Director of Clinical Education in Audiology for the University of Miami Department of Otolaryngology. She additionally serves as the Lead Audiologist for UHealth in Plantation, FL. Dr. Scaglione is an Assistant Professor practicing as a clinic audiologist. Dr. Scaglione has provided clinical education to students at the University of Miami for the past 8 years. Specialized training and education include tinnitus and sound sensitivities, auditory and vestibular diagnostics, hearing aids, and auditory evoked potentials. Dr. Scaglione is Board Certified in Audiology (ABAC) and served as an invited subject matter expert (SME) for the development of the American Board of Audiology’s Certificate Holder in Audiology Precepting (CH-AP) program. She currently serves as a Board member for the Tinnitus Practitioners Association (TPA) and is involved in numerous committees for the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Scaglione is an invited speaker for state, national, and international meetings.
